Why does a message window immediately open when I open Mail?

Hello everyone
I use the native application "Mail" and every time I open it, in addition to the window with letters, a window opens with sending a letter to one of my contacts (each time the same one). Is this a bug? If so, has anyone already solved it?

very much like a sticky draft of a letter.
disconnect from the internet, start mail and delete it.
also, you can try through the web face, if it exists.
