How to find all shortcuts of one file on Windows 10?

Good day. I have such a question: there is a file and it has a lot of shortcuts in various other folders. Is there some utility or way to find all shortcuts to this file? Thanks in advance for your replies

Search by file content. The mask for shortcuts is *.lnk, and specify the file name as the search text.
In Windows, I do such things through FAR, but if I don’t care about convenience, then I can use the regular Windows search.
