4 days ago I was sitting on Habré, in a hotel, and the Internet abruptly disappears. I thought it was a router problem, because there is one router for the entire hotel. in the end, I didn’t succeed in reconnecting, and I decided to go into the troubleshooting, it was written there that the dns server was not responding. started reading from the phone in Google how to fix it, tried everything, it did not help. then when I was already tired of tormenting myself with the Internet, I decided to reset the laptop to factory settings. AND IT DID NOT HELP. I still do not understand what the problem is and how to fix it, please help.
ps in addition to this, some kind of "Hidden Network" appeared.
