How to find a JS and Node.js teacher?

I am looking for a teacher who can coach me to work with the following technologies: Node.js + MongoDB + now.js.
I don't have basic skills in Node.js, Javascript.
Please do not send me to read tutorials or documentation because I have already tried it. I tried to place freelancing and other similar sites on the site - I didn’t receive anything except links to textbooks. A project like codementor.io and others can be very good, but I'm looking for Russian-speaking teachers.
Where to look?

No one will waste their time on a person who is incapable of learning. Especially if it's free.
There is a chance that someone will still take on you, but only if the monthly salary is covered at work. No one benefits from wasting their time.
If you cannot learn some material on your own, then it is unlikely that someone will be able to put the material into your head. Most likely, you have chosen the wrong specialization, since you clearly have no incentive to sit and study. No teacher will teach you how to program without your efforts. You will have to sit and re-read/revise/analyze tons of information anyway.
Perhaps you should consider a different specialization.
PS. In general, any person who does not have brain activity defects, with due desire and effort, can learn anything. The main thing is perseverance. Perhaps nothing happens the first time, from the second, from the third ... from the twentieth, etc., but everything will work out for 21 times. Everyone has a different learning curve. But in any case, with long continuous training, the result will definitely be. Sit and analyze the material, it is not clear, re-read, watch the video, look for the same thing in other sources, and everything will work out for you. And be sure to practice. Without practice, at least read. As a result, you will forget most of the information, and with practice, the chance of assimilation increases significantly.
Good luck with your learning!

There is an educational institution specialist.ru, where you can personally hire a teacher for yourself. Pay for the time spent on you or study what you need on your own. Mentor does not mean a teacher, this is the one in front of whom you will hold a gun with a gun, so as not to hit your face in the dirt in front of him. It's easier to say "stimulus"

My advice is to torment the material with someone and discuss it, implement your joint ideas. In a conversation, you learn the material much better. The main thing is your desire and the desire of your colleague. Good luck!

If you can't educate yourself, it may not be for you. Learning by yourself is very easy, do not think that it is difficult. And you need to indicate in the question whether you know programming and at what level. If you don’t know it, then for a start you can choose any easy language (although js is easy), and then study the required ones.

I study myself, articles, videos, and of course practice, and with practice comes experience.

The only thing I can advise is to start writing your project on the technology you are interested in. And throw off the emerging questions in Google, and you will not need a teacher. Let the bicycle be invented, but you will increase your skill, and already in the next project you will have fewer questions. Practice, practice and practice again, only in this way you will gain experience, and do not rely on a teacher. Believe me, in this case, the teacher is a secondary role. Of course, it would be much easier with a mentor, but it won’t get easier for you, believe me. Just take it and do it, gain experience ...
