How to find a job for a novice project manager (PM)?

How to find a job for a novice project manager (PM)?
I worked for 2.5 years in a product startup, in the position of sales, I want to move to RM, I have a high-level understanding of how development processes are built, I have practical experience in writing tasks for the development team (how and to whom and where to write what), I can write a User Story, I understand the difference between Agile and Waterfall, practiced in Yandex tracker creating boards in Kanban, and compiling Scrum sprints. And there is another diverse experience, which is reflected in detail in the resume.
But I get rejected even for an internship.

Tell me how to interest HR managers?

To get started, raise your self-esteem and look for a job not for an internship, but for a full-fledged project manager. Look for someone to answer. And now it seems to be more of a norm to get 100 rejections before someone agrees to interview. Previously, about one in ten responses turned into personal communication.
I also advise you to look for vacancies in the subject area where you have experience (in which there was a grocery startup). Knowledge of the subject area greatly increases the chances of getting into the company.
