Job interviews - how to prepare?

Is it worth it to solve problems on sites like HackerRank to prepare for interviews (I found several typical tasks that do not require HackerRank and similar sites to solve)? What sites do you recommend? Can you recommend specific tasks?

All over the world they are preparing at https://leetcode.com/ - there are even sections on questions from companies (Google, Apple, Amazon, Facebook, Netflix, etc.)
HackerRank and others - this is about the same.
But, these are just tools to hone the skill to solve algorithmic problems of varying complexity.
First you need to learn how to solve them, for this go to Coursera, Yudemi and other learning platforms. Watch videos on YouTube on how to solve various problems.
But remember - tasks are only part of the interview. Usually they also check the knowledge of System Design, and this requires a deeper understanding of the profession, which you will not get by solving problems.

Go to interviews and collect the questions that are asked. When you return home, you work through those questions that you did not answer
