How to find a job for a junior with no experience?
Good afternoon,
It's been a month since I've been looking for a job as a junior front-end developer Remotely (I'm not in the Russian Federation). Of the thousands of applications sent, I still learned at least 7-8 answers with test tasks (I decided only 4). But since I'm looking for a job remotely, companies aren't hiring. They are looking for juniors with at least 1 year experience. And they don't watch professional projects.
My question is: Where can I get work experience? To find your first job!

Look for freelance jobs, gain reputation and experience. Now there is a shortage of progers, any, even the most miserable. You will develop a client base and believe me, you will no longer need an official job, you will be stupidly fed orders from old clients.
PS At least it was like that for me, I haven’t been looking for new clients for a long time and so the shaft works, although the programmer from me is of course so-so, but the fact is that even such an underprogrammer like me has more work than he can digest.
I’m just wondering how you will show creativity in your future job, if you can show it even when you are hired.
What is the way out of the situation: you come up with the company "Horns and Hooves", write that you worked there for 1 year and 2 months. Options for further events - you are given a test task, but - now 95% of offices, in addition to the test one (usually difficult near pre-middle), will also be called for an interview, where they will ask about - native JS, about typescript, about whether you know how to test , about react, about redux, about linters, about styles, about layout. And then only luck, will you pass this social security.
Go outsourcing. They often hire a jun and you can level up there. The rest of the junas are rarely needed
If everything is so bad and you ask such stupid questions, just lie
To any outsourcing company as a junior or trainee. Usually they take for little money, you gain a year of experience and look for a new job.
you take and write in the summary "a year of experience in freelancing". Done, there is a year of experience. But then it will depend on how many educational projects you have, how good they are and how well you know programming
Of the thousands of applications sent, I still learned at least 7-8 answers
I'm not in RussiaDo you ship to the Russian market? Well, no one is connected. Yes. right.
