What offer to accept, a small company (software development) or a large one (a network of medical laboratories)?

Hello. Guys who already have experience as a Software Engineer, who have already realized themselves as a specialist, I ask for advice in this situation:
Lately I've been looking for a job. I know well MS SQL. My resume is junior .net developer. It's 3:00 Friday. Last Friday I was at an interview in the office of the company "X" (a network of medical labs, foreign capital) for the position of a C # programmer (as they called it). This is my second time visiting them. Right at the interview, they kind of told me to go to work in 9 days, that is, this is the next Monday. But on Wednesday I was invited for another interview - a small company ("Y"), only 3 people, are developing inf. system for a specific business, they have regular customers. Now they are not coping looking for the 4th. I asked one guy how long he works there - he said about 5 years. Technologies such as I like (MS SQL + ASP.Net MVC). They said that I suit them, but they said to leave in two weeks, because while they are busy, it will not be up to me. Today I have to decide finally where to go (and if I go to "Y", it will not be very good in relation to "X", since a week ago they said to go out, although during this week, no call from them).
I can't decide what will be better for me now, a large, stable but not profile "X", or a small "Y". In the big "X", it seems like foreign capital, most likely everything is official, stable, white salary, etc. But it is also unknown what they are developing there, whether I will have enough practice in developing on .Net, or will they force me to administer / support something. I kind of told them directly - that I want to code. But the leader's words about whether I would have enough practice somehow did not sound convincing. What do you recommend, where is it better for development as a .net developer? Maybe someone had a similar experience? It’s just that I’m not 22 anymore, the years are coming, I want to make a choice more accurately. Sorry for explaining the issue in such a vague way.
