How to find a high-level android developer?

There was a situation when we need 1-2 cool developers for Android, the project is complex and long-term in the future. But the list of candidates so far is more than 200 people. How to weed out and find the right ones?
I've never been in this situation before and I understand how difficult it is.
Can anyone share their experience?

Write a test task that will contain the basics of what you plan to use in the project and give it to candidates. At this stage, you will weed out most of the applicants, because most likely it will be completed on time by much less than half. Then look at what they wrote, communicate and choose the one with whom you will be more comfortable.
