Question about connecting Arduino to Android via USB Host or WIfi with control via Adobe Air + Flash?

There is a need to connect Arduino to Android via USB Host or WIfi with control via Adobe Air + Flash - for a "smart plug".
Suggest good lessons. So far, everything that I have found is so disparate that it is impossible to put it together.

It is not clear why such wisdom is here, you can connect Arduino to Android using bluetooth, the modules are cheap and there are a lot of examples. Bluetooth speeds are enough for the eyes for a "smart outlet"

You listed 3 completely different development environments in your question, start with a simple one, as you were suggested above, connect the Arduino via bluetooth to Android, figure it out, see how it all works, or you can immediately deal with the WiFi + Android module.
As for Adobe Air + Flash, leave that to the last step. If we are to make a beautiful program, then make it available via the Internet (Adobe Flex), but there it already pulls server solutions.
