Linux, Android: How to implement automatic power on when usb connected?

Hello. I will ask a question, the answer to which will help many.
How to automatically turn on android when charging from usb.
If the phone is turned off and connected to charging, then for a while, a picture (maybe even animation) of the battery will appear on the screen.
I see the following output, add the command to this file (roughly speaking):
/system/bin/reboot
There is a simple solution for samsung, because when they start this picture, playlpm is executed (more details here ). But not all of our devices are from this manufacturer. On my models, there is no such file.
Now I'm busy searching for the "original" picture of the battery, perhaps it will take me to the executable file. Only, I'm afraid that this file may not understand the commands:
/system/bin/reboot
What then to write in it, or maybe you tell me how to find the "charge" file.
Thank you for your attention.
