How to find a designer to write a theme on Themeforest?

Hello.
I am looking for a designer for partnership writing a theme for ThemeForest. I have been doing front-end development for over 3 years. I want to fulfill my dream and write for ThemeForest, but since I can’t allocate funds for design, I want to partner with a designer. It would not hurt the advice of those who already have experience in this area.

I do not believe that the front-end'er does not have a familiar designer. They took it and tried it. What is difficult?
1) Registered acc
2) Drawn
3) Made it up
4) Adapted for wordpress, (Few people need simple html)
5) Filled it
6) Wait, it will shoot or not
7) If not, try again until it shoots!
