Is it possible to post on YouTube the process of rendering logos for sale?
Hello!
There are a lot of sites selling logos on the Internet. Is it possible to take the logo you like there and post the process of its rendering on YouTube? Naturally with reference to the source.

you can safely take the logo, redraw it and use it and you won’t get anything for it, unless of course this logo is registered in the Russian Federation as a trademark. you can't just take someone else's file and use it. And if the drawing process is on video, then it’s generally cool, no one should have any complaints against you.
You need to ask permission from the owner of exclusive rights to the logo ( Article 1233 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation ). This is either its author, or the one who bought the rights to the logo. Most likely, the rights belong to the company that uses it. The warning sign R or TM also indicates this.
In general, it is unlikely that someone will sue you. You do not assign the logo to yourself and do not earn on it. Moreover, you advertise someone's company for free. The maximum (hypothetically) that awaits you is to be forced to remove the video or fragments with the final logo, plus a fine of 10 thousand rubles for each logo. Accordingly, it is unlikely that all companies will go to court at once, so 10 thousand is the maximum. But who needs it anyway? Who needs you from business sharks with your harmless video?
