What are the best tools to learn to work as a UX/UI designer on PC?

I ran into a problem that I don't know which tool to use to create animated interfaces. On poppies, everything is clear - it's Sketch and Principle. But what to use on a PC so that it is also convenient and of high quality? I know a good Adobe XD came out, but it is still very raw. UXpin, Proto.io, Balsamiq? What's better?
