How to find a conflict if there are no log entries or BSOD?

The service installed Win 10 instead of 7. When you connect a mouse or a graphics tablet, and sometimes just because of a storm on Mars... the monitor goes blank on the laptop and the network is cut off. There is no BSOD and no log entries.

The cumulative update of Windows does not reach the end, it crashes with error 0x800f081f.

Maybe someone had something similar?
In safe mode, nothing is cut off. Looks like it's wood.
Radeon 4330 video card on the driver site for Win8 only. Delivered from the assembly, began to be chopped off immediately upon loading.
