Reinstalling Windows 10 (x32) version to 10 (x64)?

Good evening, please tell me how to see if the installation of Windows 10 x64 is supported in the laptop settings? I need to install the program, but it is only supported by x64. If it is possible, then you need to completely demolish the system and install x64 through the image?

Well, if you have installed Windows 10 on this laptop, then it definitely supports it, without options.
Upgrading to a different bit depth is not supported, so only reinstallation.

How to find out? See if your hardware supports, in particular, the x64 processor. As a rule, information on the manufacturer's website.
Where to download the image? From the official Microsoft website.

If x32 got up, then x64 will get up. The only thing is, if less than 4GB of RAM, then there may be "brakes". Upgrade to 4GB and you'll be fine.
