How to find a breakdown in Redmine if files are no longer attached to a Task?

Files are no longer attached to the created or edited Task in Redmine.
When you attach a file, it says "Internal Server" on the right.
But at the same time, what is attached in the letters is normally transferred to the Task.
Redmine itself is configured in such a way that Tasks are created from Incoming letters, all letters to a specific mailbox and the author is Anonymous. Redmine version 2018-01-08 v3.2.9

You have problems on the server, with permissions to write to the folder.
Try doing this:

chmod -R 777 /opt/bitnami/apps/redmine/htdocs/files
