How to set task highlighting in Redmine?

Good afternoon!
On a test server running Ubuntu 4.8.4-2ubuntu1~14.04.3, I installed the Redmine system. Now I want to set task highlighting (Task created (red), Accepted (blue), Completed (green)).
I read that you need to install an additional "Usability" plugin, but the question is, where can I get it and how to install it?
