How to filter out temporary emails during registration?

Not sure what category to put this in.
Most likely there is some kind of api for checking mail for fakeness.
Of course, you can make a whitelist, but it's too harsh.
Who knows which package is in PHP / JS or API?

IMHO, a completely unnecessary task: there is more than one way to get around if the user is at least minimally literate and does not want to give a real address.
