Where to read how to properly configure mail sending?

There is a server with application which sends letters through mailgun.
Not all mail services like it, sometimes letters get into spam, sometimes they don’t reach at all.
MX records point to mailgun, SPF records are configured according to their instructions.
Example with yahoo from logs mailgun
Messages from 209.61.151.224 temporarily deferred due to user complaints
Is it possible to configure mail sending via gmail/yandex so that it normally sends on behalf of [email protected] ? Where can I see how to set it up correctly?
