Group work with a mailbox?

There is 1 mailbox which is used by many employees.

Task: See who read the letter (and when), Who marked it as unread (and when), Who moved it to another folder (and when) - and so that each employee can see it in the general list of letters and in a separate log.

So far I have not found such a solution. Perhaps there is no such solution at all :(

There is no such solution and never was ;) E-mail was never intended as a group work tool. The fact that many people can read one mailbox through IMAP is a crutch. Although, in principle, if you start your own server and modify the mailer in the right way, you can do something else.

I seem to have stumbled upon some way in Trello to quickly create cards from emails. Although I don't remember the details.
Maybe you should dig in this direction? I mean, work not with a box, but with some kind of CRM or something invented for teams. And instead of the question you voiced, focus on the question "how is it more convenient to drag all incoming letters to CRM and back from there to the mail." If you manage to go there painlessly, then the functionality is standard ...
