How to filter more interviews and work in order to choose the best of the vacancies suitable for me?
For example, there is such a situation that tomorrow an interview for one job is most likely to be taken, but the day after tomorrow there is another interview where the conditions are better. How to act so that if I don’t pass the interview the day after tomorrow, I will get the first job, and if I pass, then go to work for the 2nd job?
What to say to the first employer if he says: "You are accepted when you can go to work?" so to go to the interview the day after tomorrow and in case of failure, was the first option left as a backup?
This is just an example, the same question if there are 6 or more invitations to an interview

"I'll have to think about it, plan to make a decision by <such-and-such>. Willing to go back to work in 2 weeks after we finalize."
On such and such a date, we consider the proposals received and choose. Everyone understands perfectly well that there can be several proposals and no one chooses out of the blue. Naturally, we keep in mind that the employer may also change his mind / find a better candidate before <such and such date>. They may ask, "What does it take for you to make a positive decision right now." If there are such conditions - we speak. If not, then no.
This is absolutely normal, the interview is a negotiation, not an impulsive purchase of gum. To deceive or hide behind a daughter-in-law is both stupid and unworthy.
What to say to the first employer if he says: "You are accepted when you can go to work?" so to go to the interview the day after tomorrow and in case of failure, the first option remained as a spare?
To be honest and simple to say - "I need to think over your offer for *a certain number* of days, because there are offers from other companies" is honest and you won't look like an unreliable employee, you are looking for a job, respectively, this is a normal situation.
"Now I am in the process of interviewing with several more companies. I will complete all interviews in 2 weeks, then I will be able to answer accurately."
or
"I need two weeks to quit my current job"
or
"Thanks for the offer! I need to discuss all the details with my wife / daughter-in-law / relatives. I suggest contacting in a week, then I can give an answer"
