How to extract files from borgbackup archive to specified directory?

Actually there is a backup, when you try to extract it, the files get into the home directory of the user from under which this procedure is performed. In this case, I extract the etc/apt directory from the archive.

borg extract RepoName::HostNameBackup-2021-06-04_14:28:19 etc/apt

How to specify the path to extract

borg extract RepoName::HostNameBackup-2021-06-04_14:28:19 etc/apt  /path/to/source/dir

So it doesn't work. I didn't find anything in the docs on this issue.
