There is ftp from which you need to pick up files (pictures), but the names of these files are broken, in the wrong encoding "R•RµSЂPSRѕRѕS‡РёСЃС‚ машина". Download them, FTP client does not give, what should I do?

You need to create a connection in the site manager, and force utf8 to be selected in the connection.
