How to explode layers on a grid in Photoshop CS6?

Good evening,

is there a way, or a plug-in, for the following purposes:

1. There are, for example, 10 layers with approximately the same content, let's say 50x50
2. I select them, press the magic button
3. A window appears in which I set what I want place them in a 5x2 grid with a gap of 100px
4. Click - and they are placed

PS If there is no plugin. Is it possible to write plugins in python? :)
