Where can I find a template or who can DESIGN technical documentation (admin guide) for MS Word?

On themforest, monstertemplate and others like them there are a lot of templates for all sorts of American garbage, such as annual reports and commercial offers, but what I need is not there =(( All links like google
If there is any normal resource where designers do simple things not for expensive or if someone can quickly throw this, please respond ... I would be very grateful for any information!

You first decide what you need ... I will
assume that one of the following:
1. External representation - because. header fonts, body font, logotypes and other cute graphic stuff.
2. Structure, including section titles and their order.
3. something else... (what??)
Well, the main question - WHY do you design? :)
