Mentoring to build your website: are the paid options only?

Good day.
Recently, I rushed headlong into the study of web design, after which I smoothly flowed into the study of the front-end (because it seemed boring to rivet a site on a CMS). I even chose the development of my portfolio site as a graduation project. I have no one to ask for help, I write here.

Input data:

  • Raw layout - one piece;
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS;
  • Money for education - 0r;

In return, I can offer to take over the work with images, photo processing, vector rendering. I can talk heart to heart with you and explain for mental illnesses. I'll tell you about the northern province and bread for a hundred rubles.

And for everyone who came here - a bonus: a raw site layout and my telegram for communication. My email is also in my profile.

If I were you, I would look for a mentor on my own. Here, on behance, in telegram chats, find a few people whose work you really like and the level you want to achieve and just write them a request for help
Yes, someone will answer you that his / her consultations are paid, but in mostly people like to be considered
experts and value opinions, so I'm sure most will help you with advice for free

Hmm, too broad a concept, specify what specific technology you decided to study?
I have no one to ask for help, I write here.
So abstract questions are somehow poorly resolved in general, come with specifics ...
