How to explain to users why windows, driver, bootloader, etc have crashed?

Sometimes you come to fix a PC, and they ask you why windows stopped loading. I won't tell them
"The driver called a function in the process of patching the system table,
and it's not safe to unload it because another process can go into this area and do its job,
and you obviously don't want to do it in the environment of the wrong block of memory ..."( from the TV series IT Crowd").
How to explain it all clearly and in a nutshell?

In order to understand something, you need to understand it yourself.
If you understand what happened, then you can easily explain it to anyone.
If you can’t explain, ask yourself the question - how clearly do you understand the situation yourself?
Usually all the difficulty with explanations arises from insufficient understanding of the situation by the explainer himself.
If the problem consists precisely in conveying your understanding to a person, and the person is far from this topic, then it is reasonable to use analogies, parables.
For example, the Bible is not in vain built on parables - there was an attempt to convey some understanding of the situation to people far from the context.

The answer is this. This is a technique and the devil is sitting there, you fed and watered him, no, well, he wants warmth and affection. Do you really need anything to make everything work or the reason, the reason for this grief is a gasket between the chair and the keyboard))

Most of the time this is a rhetorical question.
