Windows 8.1 won't install. What is the problem?

Good afternoon!
There was a problem with installing windows 8.1 / windows 10. I download the distribution kit (win10) or pirated (win8.1) and write it to cd. Booting from disk. Installation in progress: copying data, installing the system, setting up devices (balls are spinning), setting up devices disappears. After about half a minute, the computer reboots and, as it were, tries to install it (as when installing win 7), but then a window appears with something like this: "The computer rebooted unexpectedly, repeat the installation."
And this happens with different images of win 8.1 and higher. Win8 installed without problems. So I need to install exactly 8.1.
What could be the problem? How can I install it?

If there are no problems in installing wines 7, 8, then the exit is simple, install wines 8 (preferably the original image) then run the update and update to 8.1 or 10

I had a similar bug when I burned a Windows 8.1 image to a flash drive using UltraISO - it automatically formatted the flash drive in FAT32, which caused the installation to stop in the middle, although the error was different. Try writing a Windows image to a USB flash drive using Rufus - the program writes to NTFS on a USB flash drive, there should be no problems.

Check the RAM, hard.
Check the hash of the image, mb is broken.
Write it to a flash drive in different ways (Winsetupfromusb, rufus, 2k10 assembly - by the way, the latter is very convenient if you figure out how it works). And CDs are the last century, it's time to get rid of them.
Download images of. or pirates from OVGorsky or M0nkrus (everything is googled).
