File + proxy server: what and on what?
Available at the moment:
- server on Red Hat
- file server (shared folder)
- proxy server (raised on a squid)
- network for 100+ PCs (part for administration, part for mere mortals)
- mere mortals go through a proxy with a white list , the administration goes around having unlimited access.
I would like:
all the same file + proxy server, but so that the proxy settings (change the white list for mere mortals, add / remove ip of administrative PCs, etc. could be the person "responsible" for this same server).
in other words, so that the whole thing has either a web admin panel with the ability to configure the settings indicated above, or its own interface , it is
possible to use both Linux and Windows servers with the necessary software.
If you use a wine server, what version and additional software is needed? Likewise with Linux.

SAMS (SQUID Account Management System) try.
Now I don’t know what condition it is in, but about 5 years ago it was quite a good muzzle for taxiing a squid.
Judging by the news on the site, it lives and develops.
