How to expand the disk space for Windows 10 by freezing the second Linux OS?

Dual Boot, too lazy to rearrange everything and reconfigure to Win 10, I would like to expand by giving all the space that occupies grub, linux under Win.

What is the best way to do it and why?

You have made the right decision.
Just delete these junk partitions through Disk Manager.
GRUB will remove itself if you restore the Windows bootloader (there are a lot of instructions).
