How to cure Windows?

Hello!
Recently, blue screen of death errors "your PC has encountered a problem and needs to be restarted" with different codes and reasons have become frequent. And now, literally, when you turn on productive programs, the blue screen of death immediately flies!
I tried to clean the RAM with an eraser - it does not help, I tried to blow the cooler with a vacuum cleaner and a hairdryer - the result is the same. What to do and how to solve the problem!
Thanks in advance for your replies!!!

@mindtester

testing hardware
memory - https://www.memtest86.com
percent - https://www.overclockers.ua/news/software/2018-01-...
hard - (too badly) hdd.by/victoria the same , refreshed upd , be sure to read SMART and go through the libez on vital parameters,
monitor the temperatures of the processor, vidyuhi, chipset (especially the southbridge) - aida64 can do everything (only the southbridge is called cunningly there, I won’t tell you from memory) updtemperature limits for processors and vidyuhi, google with half a kick on the hardware model .. about south bridges is more difficult, for some reason it is not always easy to find, nevertheless - google + chipset name + persistence .. if not how - in fact, south bridges are quite hot ones are normal, they can be on a par with the percentage and even higher (if the percentage of their cold models
is checked for viruses

especially if we have an assembly from a fallopomyka
тогда лучше сразу ставить чистую систему (если с деньгами напряженка, таблеток в сети море)
a simple test of everything at once - Linux live sit and live under it. (windows are not suitable, see about "assemblies", the same garbage usually)
