How can I disable the admin rights prompt for a specific program?

I want gpu-z to open automatically at system startup, but Windows constantly terrorizes user account control, I have to click "yes" in that very window. How exactly for gpu-z to disable this popup? Windows 10 is not subject to hacks from Vista and Seven, I want to do it from the program properties, but enabling full access in the "Security" tab (file properties) does nothing, you still have to click "yes" every time.

Autostart of applications with rights other than the current user is traditionally done using the task scheduler (task scheduler). Create a new task, in the launch conditions trigger, select 'at login' or 'at startup' (the second one is if you need the application before the authorization window) and on the general tabs, enable - run with the highest rights.
Microsoft, for example, launches all telemetry in this way.
