How to exclude a skill from the search on a freelancer?

For example, I marked HTML, CSS, JS in the search for jobs, and I want to see jobs only for these skills. And a freelancer gives out in the search, in addition to HTML, CSS, JS, and WordPress, and PHP, and python, and a bunch of other things that I don’t need, since I don’t know these technologies. Of course, in each of these works there is also HTML, CSS, JS, but I want nothing else besides THEM. Is it really possible to do this, or not?
