How to enter the correct address when registering on AWS?

Please help, I can't register on AWS - it constantly gives me a message like:

An invalid address was entered. Check the data in the fields "Country", "City" and "Zip Code" and try again.

I enter the following data:
Country - Russian Federation
Address - 99055, 10-V Lebedya Str, 15
City - Sevastopol
State, region or region - Crimea
Zip code - 99055
