How to ensure the constant availability of 1c for branches?

Hello!
I have a head office and a number of small (2-4 people) branches throughout the country. The head office has a main 1c server and a not too complicated CRM system with a customer base. Branches are connected to the terminal server to work with the 1c database and CRM. The problem is that our head office is periodically out of power for an hour or two. For now, we can't do anything about it. This is the question: how could you implement round-the-clock trouble-free access to the database and CRM? Transfer all this to a virtual server on a hosting? Or to make a cluster of servers spaced apart in different locations?

Move databases to the cloud. Just find a reliable provider of such services.

Even if there is a subscription to the ITS disk and if the configuration is on managed forms. Look at 1C.Link or just publish the database on the Web.
