How can I enlarge the background?
P.S. Advise, if possible, a good tutorial or video source for beginners in order to avoid such questions ..) I tried to solve the issue using the "Select" tool, but it did not work out.

Artboard tool on the toolbar (Shift+O).
More artboard tools: Object>Artboards
And double-click on the rectangle to the right of the artboard name in the "Artboards" panel
