How to enable some clients on Keenetic via Raspberry with ExpressVPN?

Good day!
I have a Raspberry with ExpressVPN installed. In the local network, some clients (hang through the hub on one Keenetic Ultra port) must be allowed exclusively through VPN from RB. The remaining clients can go to the Internet directly without VPN.
Is it really feasible at all?
