How to enable smoothstate.js on all pages?

Tell me, I included smoothstate.js in header.php on the site https://www.g-fx.ru , you should get a transition on all pages, but you get the correct transition only in the blog. The transition between pages does not work, in the portfolio section it works, but not correctly, some pictures in the header or styles disappear.
How to make an equal transition everywhere like on blog pages.

Hello!
All scripts and styles are connected via functions.php
It is possible that different types of pages use different headers and, accordingly, it is not included in all pages. Look at theme templates... some themes have something like this...
header.php header-main.php and so on. and accordingly get_header() get_header(''main') etc.
+ It's possible that when you connect via the header, you violate the order of connecting this or that script, hence the problem.
