What plugin to use to create a personal account with the ability to add content?

Please suggest a plugin or set.

So that the user (registered) can in his personal account:

1. view old photos - slider, small photo, large photo by clicking.
2. add your photos/videos to the current favorites list. For their own, moderation will probably be needed if they are then published on the site.
3. edit - delete, reorder

Plus such sections are favorite photos, videos, etc. a lot and for this you need a personal account menu.

PS: I looked with a search, found only plugins that add text fields, etc. for a beautiful user profile, ratings, achievements, etc.
