How to enable overwriting taskbar settings?
Installed Win10, updates came in December - installed.
There was a problem - the taskbar began to reset its location on each reboot.
It’s convenient for me when the taskbar is located on the upper border, but it slides down each time, the rest of the settings are not affected (icon size)
Also, additional panels are not disabled (which is to the right of the start for quick access) - they return when disabled.
When Alice's voice assistant is turned on (I tested it during the screenshot), running tasks fly away.
This issue does not exist on the new account.
