How to change the height of a shortcut on the Windows taskbar?

If in Windows 7, 10 (I didn’t try it in Windows 8) add links to the taskbar and make large icons for them, then their height is greater than the height of ordinary windows icons and it turns out that there is an empty space under them (window icons) (see fig. screenshot for clarity).
Is it real and at all, and if it's real, then how to change the height of the icon in height and width?
I tried searching the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Explorer (in win7), but I couldn't find anything.

change icon height to height and width

This is called simply - "increase the size" (well, or reduce).
Of course you can. But in the settings there are only "small" and, accordingly, "not small". The rest is done by tweakers, for example, one of the most convenient and well-known - WinAeroTweaker
