How to enable colors for Cmder in PHPStorm console?

Initial: WIN7 + PHPStorm + CMDER Full Registered
PATH for CMDER
In the storm settings I tried:
"cmd.exe" /k "%CMDER_ROOT%\vendor\init.bat"
and
"cmd.exe" /k set ConEmuDir=""%CMDER_ROOT %\vendor\conemu-maximus5&&%CMDER_ROOT%\vendor\init.bat"" Same
result, ANSI colors don't work for Composer/PHPUnit etc.
At the same time, if I just start the terminal, then everything is ok.

Maybe something in init.bat can be corrected?
In general, under WIN7 in a storm, can these colors be launched in any way?
