How to edit the cursor in Yandex Navigator?

Good afternoon!
I pulled out files with cursors from the Yandex navigator. Each folder contains a 3D model file in obj format and a texture for it in png format.
Tell me how you can edit these models in order to create your own cursor for the navigator, if possible?
Thank you!

PS - perhaps someone has experience in replacing the voice in the navigator? Could not unzip file :(
