Why are paid apps not showing up?

Kind people. Tell me - why can't I install paid applications? There are 2 mail. on gmail. One is old, the other is a year old. I can use the old one, but not the new one. Says not available in your region. I will be very grateful. How to fix?

It was just necessary to change the region in the properties of the Google Play account. I changed it to RF and it worked.
