How to edit the Blogspot template?

First, the question is why does https://ladybug-cat-noir.blogspot.com/ redirect to https://ladybug-cat-noir.blogspot.com .ee/ ?? How to turn it off?
Secondly, how to remove this navigation at the top? I don't see it point-blank in the design settings.. everything is somehow crooked there..

1. Read about the redirect here , the domain depends on the country of the visitor.
2. You are using dynamic browsing templates, information about them is here . They cannot remove this top navigation. Use regular templates to redesign your blog.
