How to duplicate product properties on button click on product edit page?

There was a need for the following functionality and we will consider it now from the point of view of a regular content manager.
The content manager in our company needs to draw up a product card like this:

The whole emphasis is now on blocks, the fact is that it is not known how many such blocks a certain product will have, and it is very inconvenient to add this information via HTML, at least because this very content manager you need to know HTML and CSS, and this is not his responsibility.
Based on all this, it became necessary to create the ability to add these fields (and these fields are most likely product properties) dynamically at the click of a button on the product card editing page:

I was engaged in the finalization of components and I understand that component.php is used to create logic, result_modifier.php is used to finalize the result, style.css for styles, etc., but I have no idea how this is done for the admin panel ...
Maybe in the API Bitrix has methods that allow you to create properties for the product? If someone has come across a similar experience, please share your experience or maybe there is some solution in the marketplace or some material on the Internet?

Bitrix has the ability to create specific properties, but here you can do without it.
Create a separate infoblock in which place the contents of a separate block with elements, and use the multiple "binding to elements" property in the main element.
