How to load (psd) files into stack... with transparent background in photoshop?

Good day!
Loading psd files on stack, it opens them as expected, but on a white background, and the background should be transparent. What can be done or how to open psd files into one file with transparent background using automation?

well, not PSD output, but PNG which preserves transparency
