How to draw up an agreement with a foreign customer, a legal entity for an individual entrepreneur with an hourly payment?
Greetings to all respected! The question is - I'm an individual entrepreneur, a freelancer, I work with foreign customers on an irregular basis - payment depending on the amount of work / hours. As I understand it, the ideal option would be to draw up one contract for each customer and, subsequently, sign acceptance / delivery certificates as orders are completed to justify the amount received on the account. Can anyone advise similar templates for contracts and acts so that our tax office does not find fault with it?

I work under a similar contract, but I'm not sure about the fact that it is suitable for the tax office. Currency control in the bank came up. I took it somewhere from friends, as far as I know, the tax authorities didn’t look at it either.
If such an option is needed, I'll post it.
This is more for currency control than for tax if you work on the simplified tax system 6%.
Have you considered working through UpWork? On the one hand, there is a guarantee of payment, on the other hand, there are no questions from the competent authorities.
