Does anyone have a foreign trade contract signed by 2Checkout?

Good afternoon,
There are a lot of topics on Habré about organizing legal business when working with foreign customers. I know banks require signed contracts from clients. This is clear to everyone.
At the moment, we accept payments through 2Checkout , and we withdraw money through a Payoneer card. Now I would like to start working legally. The guys from 2Checkout claim that they support Russian entrepreneurs in every possible way and can transfer money to a bank account instead of Payonner if the merchant prefers this method. But the fact is that instead of a contract, they offer their International Seller Services Agreement. There is no need to explain that no bank will accept this document as a contract. And the contract, which I myself am ready to draw up in accordance with all Russian banking rules, 2Checkout does not want to sign, referring to the fact that the aforementioned International Seller Services Agreement is the only thing they can sign.
So question. Has anyone lobbied 2Checkout to sign a contract for foreign economic activity (FOA)?

I can recommend switching to another provider: Plimus, Avangate, PayProGlobal. The last two even have Russian-language versions of the contracts. They can send a hard copy with stamps.
Another option is to try another bank. Currency controls are different for different banks.
You can also ask on rsdn.ru in the Shareware and business section, maybe someone there has already solved the issue with 2checkout.
And what is wrong with the contract, if not a secret? ..

And why, by the way, does the bank require an agreement in a certain form? As far as I understand, according to the Civil Code, transactions of this kind are concluded in a simple written form (160, 162), that is, both in the form of a single document signed by both parties, and by exchanging documents through any means of communication that make it possible to establish that the document comes from the party under the contract (434). Is there any law that establishes a certain form for foreign trade agreements?

UPDATE : If anyone is interested, I never received a contract from 2CO. Although the guys claim that they have a bunch of Russian merchants transferring money to a bank account. Apparently not true.
As a result, I switched to Avangate, took the documents to the bank. They say everything is in order, I will soon work officially.
